Training people in communications skills requires an understanding of a simple matrix.

Most of us do not have an equal competence across the two media, written and spoken, and not across the two forms, inter-personal and mass. Our communication training is designed to address the needs of the group based on an analysis of the attributes of the members of the trainee group. Our training is a workshop based where theory and practice go together. The workshops are customized based on the competence levels and preferred channel of communication of the group. Since we believe that skills cannot be injected in a day or week and the results obtained the next working day, we prefer a more iterative process over a longer duration.
