There are two kinds of consulting activities that we primarily engage in – consultancy to media companies and consultancy to corporates or individuals who are looking for strategic communication solutions.
Media Companies
Our consultancy to media companies is to assist them in setting up new media products, whether print, broadcast or new media. Such consultancy includes doing market survey, coming up with a product plan, developing the marketing plan and finally helping set up operations. Our team have been associated with setting up newspapers, television stations and new media outlets.
Strategic Communication Solutions
We believe that most entities need to have an integrated communications strategy that reaches out to all the stakeholders. The first step towards this the preparation of an effective integrated communication strategy, which can then be implemented. Our consultancy includes the preparation of a strategic communication plan and also its implementation. But we do not do any Press Relations activity since the core team is closely associated with journalism and as a matter of principle it does not leverage its personal or professional relations with journalists for any business, either its own or that of its clients. We believe that other than press relations, there are many important channels of communication that should be used to convey the message to the intended recipients.
